Retainer

A 30% retainer is required to book an appointment. A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your booking. This fee ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

The retainer will be applied toward your total service cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event or appointment. Please note that submitting your retainer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


CANCELATION POLICY

  • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled within at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is allowed only once, and the new appointment must be scheduled within 60 days of the original date.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion.

  • No Call, No Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full amount of the session.

By booking, you agree to these terms.


TARDINESS

You should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please be respectful of your artist's time as well as that of our other clients, and arrive in a timely manner.

Clients who are late for scheduled appointments may receive abbreviated service. We allow for a single appointment reschedule (within 48 hour notice) without penalty.

Please contact your artist if you will be more than 15 minutes late to avoid cancellation.

Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate those with regular tardiness, last minute cancellations, and/or no-call/no-shows.


GRATUITIES

As a luxury beauty service provider, a 20% gratuity is customary for satisfactory service.

Your generosity is very much appreciated.


CHILDREN & GUESTS

In efforts to offer a pleasant and professional atmosphere, we ask that you limit your guests while you receive services.

Due to safety implications, children who are not receiving services are not permitted.


REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any services, gift certificates, or retail items.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we encourage you to review all service descriptions carefully before booking. If you have any questions or need assistance selecting a service that best fits your needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

You can pay your full balance at the time of booking.

If you would like to pay your remaining balance at time of service, you may use:

Credit Cards accepted. Cash appreciated!

Personal checks are not accepted.


HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Please do not come if you are experiencing cold/flu/covid like symptoms. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of illness, your appointment may be canceled at your artist’s discretion and no refunds will be provided.
